There comes a time in all of our lives, or in fact in all of our weeks, that we just need a treat. A pick me up, a "To Me, From Me" present. While a coffee and a brownie can do just that, a treat from the beauty counter will last much longer and be just as satisfying... almost.
When it comes to face serums it's hard to know if you actually need one, until you use one. I usually use REN skincare, but this serum from Clarins now has a permanent place in my wash bag. It's main mission is to correct skin tone while reducing age spots and scarring but overall it just gets rid of any dullness on the skin. At €60 it's not cheap, but it does last and is a real treat.

Pedicures!
Ok so it's not a product but it is still a treat. The dynamic producing duo Sally and Suzanne got me a Pedicure voucher for my 30th in Rosanna Crothers beauty salon, D4. Maybe it was because I didn't pay, or because it's been months since I last had a pedicure, but this was the best treat ever! If you have an afternoon and 45 euro - make like Nike and just do it.

Again for my 30th, my friend Maria got me Dolce and Gabanna The One and it is fab. We joked when I sprayed it first when we acted like Joan Collins and said it smelled like money! Perfect for Autumn/Winter this opulent scent will see you right through 'til your Christmas party.
